My name is Glenn Bamford, and I've been using Excel for many years. While working at a particular client site, I was regularly asked impossible questions, the type of Excel poser that seemingly has no solution, but I'd always see a way to achieve the goal, and, early on, one of the guys there said ... "King Of Excel", and nodded his approval to me ... (and did so every time). The nick-name was something that tickled me, and, what a great name for a website.
I will be uploading Excel hints and tips, and be providing instructions on the various methods available to achieve superb results in Excel.
It is the intention to create a series of downloads of Excel hints, and Excel functions usage advice, available at a reasonable price, with accompanying documentation and explanations, at some time in the near future.
Click on a file to download. There is a keyboard function layout file. Also available is an example of using INDIRECT with graphic objects, and a formula to show a number in words, and also 2 examples of banded calculations (items over certain counts getting different rates ... all parts being calculated simultaneously).
